About Us

Precisioned Components was founded by Mike Rainey in 2008. Precisioned Components is a new company; however we are improving and expanding to meet and satisfy our customer’s needs. Our current staff has a combined 60+ years experience in machine/fabrication shop, and a combined 50+ years experience in electric arc furnace repair & servicing. Precisioned Components is and will continue striving to serve your needs be it emergencies, repairs, routine maintenance, or modifying your equipment.

Facility

Precisioned Components has two operational facilities. Our first sits on three acres with a combined 7,344 square feet of shop floor and 1,248 square feet of office building, and our newest facility, which rests on two acres with 14,400 square feet of shop floor and 3,200 square feet of office space. We have the best industrial welding machines and an in house machine shop, and we stock a variety of copper, stainless, carbon steel, and insulation in tubes, pipe, plates, and some structural pieces.

Drafting & Design

We can design, redesign, or reverse engineer your components if needed so that you have a full set of drawings on hand. We use the latest white-light interferometry equipment to accurately measure and detail your part(s) for reproduction or repair as quickly and efficiently as possible. This aids in repairs or design modifications, and ensures we keep some components inventoried to help decrease your down time.
